Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases made through are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days from the ship date.
Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached.
GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CERTIFICATES AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.
